Every time I take a course with Ali Hall I walk away with a greater understanding of the nuances of Motivational Interviewing, new insights, and practical tips I can immediately apply to supervision and training. She has a rare quality about her that engages learners at all levels and invites group exploration of strategic and relational elements of MI. Her trainings also offer opportunities to observe and practice in small and large group settings.  Learning to code Motivational Interviewing conversations with Ali has been one of the most helpful ways for me to strengthen my MI skills and enhance my training practice.
